Steps To Get PBIS (TISBIS)
Step 1- Complete the Online PBIS License Agreement
The online license agreement is completed by the school administrator and contains the terms and conditions of the PBIS license. You can view and complete the license agreement by clicking on the License Agreement link on the left-hand toolbar. At the bottom of the license agreement there is a place for your digital signature. After inputting your digital signature click on the submit button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2- Pay the License Fee
The license fee can be paid online by credit card or we can send you an invoice for payment by check. The license fee is good for one full year, although you can pay for multiple years upfront at a discounted rate. The school license fee for one year is $500, and includes an unlimited amount of users. First time users also pay a $250 setup fee, which includes ulimited support to help your school setup PBIS and load your user data. You can save money by purchasing a 3-year license for $1200, or a 5-year license for $1500. We also offer significant discounts for districts with multiple school licenses. If you need an invoice to process the payment, please fill out the invoice request form. There is a link to it on the left-hand toolbar on this page.
Step 3- Prepare Your School Data for EasyUpload
We will assist you in uploading your school data into the system so the system will be populated with all of your students, teachers, and staff. Download the EasyUpload form and directions by clicking on the link below. Read the instructions first and then populate your student data as shown in the sample. If you have any questions or need help, don't hesitate to contact us. If your enrollment or student data is not ready yet, please notify us and we will setup your school system without the student data. We can add the data later when it is ready.

Step 4- Setup and Customize PBIS
Before using the PBIS software we highly recommend that you customize the system to fit your school's needs. Your PBIS account is preloaded with sample rules, locations, and periods, but it is likely that your school will want to change the lists so only the rules, locations, and periods appear that you want to use at your school. Click on the video link below to watch a YouTube video on how to: 1) add/edit user accounts; 2) customize the rules, locations, and periods for the system.
Step 5- Learn How to Add/View Behavior Incidents (Train Staff)
The core of the PBIS system is adding and viewing student behavior incidents. Administrators and staff who plan to use PBIS should watch the tutorial video listed below. The video walks users through the various options and steps of adding and viewing behavior incidents. Users will learn best if they can watch the video while they demo the system. Beginning learners can login to the demo system (code: sam, username: demo, password: demo) and add fictitious incidents so they don't clutter up your real data system with practice incidents. Note: the video has many written captions and some users may want to pause the video to carefully study the captions.

Step 6- Learn How to Create Reports and View Detailed Data
This step is primarily for administrators who will want to view the behavior data to find trends and problem areas. The tutorial video below will show you how to create and view powerful data reports based on the behavior incidents entered at you school.
